Adam W. Collins
Adam Collins joined Wallack Somers & Haas, P.C., in 2015 after serving as the Deputy Mayor for Economic Development for the administration of Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard. While with the City of Indianapolis, Adam negotiated economic incentives for a variety of different projects totaling over $1.1 billion in private investment. Adam has experience in structuring tax increment financing, tax abatement, and other transactions that serve the interests of municipalities and private developers. At Wallack Somers & Haas, Adam represents municipalities and developers in various types of real estate transactions.
Adam is a 2002 graduate of Wabash College and a 2006 graduate of the Indiana School of Law, Indianapolis.
