Harry concentrates his practice in the areas of acquisition, development, leasing, financing and disposition of office, retail, commercial, industrial, multi-family and agricultural real estate. In addition, Harry advises owners of cemeteries and funeral homes throughout the country on legal issues relating to their industry, including mergers and acquisitions, financing, funeral home development, regulatory compliance and trusting requirements. Mr. Todd also has experience representing members of the hospitality industry, including restaurants, bars and hotels, in real estate matters, acquisitions, contract review and negotiations, and other business issues. Prior to joining Wallack Somers & Haas, Mr. Todd was a partner with Bose McKinney & Evans and served as general counsel for Gibraltar Properties, Inc., a real estate development company that owned and managed office buildings, shopping centers and apartment complexes. From 1991-1995, he served as general counsel to Gibraltar Mausoleum Corporation, then the largest privately held company in the death care industry. Mr. Todd received his juris doctorate, summa cum laude, from the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis in 1984 and served as editor-in-chief for Volume 17 of the Indiana Law Review. A graduate of Butler University, Mr. Todd serves the university currently as a member of the Board of Visitors for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.

Outside the Office

Mr. Todd is married with four sons.  He is an avid marathon runner, who also plays basketball and tennis, and a former soccer and basketball coach.
