Jared Simmons
concentrates his practice on all aspects of commercial
real estate law, including the acquisition, development,
and leasing of retail and office space. Mr. Simmons’
experience includes representation of developers, real
estate investors, and lending entities. He has also
assisted clients with entity formation and operational
documents.
Mr. Simmons earned his law degree in 2004 from the
Indiana University School of Law—Indianapolis. In law
school, Mr. Simmons served as an Executive Articles
Editor of the Indiana Law Review, and was a law
clerk for the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary
Commission. He is a member of the American, Indiana, and
Indianapolis Bar Associations.
