Jennifer Shoup, who graduated cum laude with high honors from Butler University and earned her J.D. (summa cum laude) in 1996 at Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis, has served as counsel on a variety of real estate projects for construction and permanent financing, leasing, and other matters. She also has provided counsel regarding purchasing, selling, and leasing of undeveloped and improved properties, reciprocal use agreements, and other coordinated development arrangements. Ms. Shoup has represented developers and municipal agencies in a broad range of central Indiana real estate projects, including the Carmel City Center, the Anthem Operations Center, the Glendale Mall retail development, the Wabash Landing retail development, and numerous office and industrial parks. Ms. Shoup began her legal career as an Associate at Baker & Daniels in 1996, and joined Wallack Somers & Haas as an Associate in 1999. She became a partner in 2004.

Ms. Shoup has been honored in the Indianapolis Business Journal "40 Under 40" list of high-achieving young professionals.
