Ryan R. Wilmering
Ryan R. Wilmering (rrw@wshlaw.com) Associate
Concentration: Real Estate Acquisition,
Development, Leasing and Financing, and Commercial
Litigation Ryan Wilmering
concentrates his practice on all aspects of commercial real
estate law, including the acquisition, development, and
leasing of retail and office space, and the drafting of
entity formation and operational documents. His has
represented developers, real estate investors, and municipal
agencies. In addition, he has represented clients in
commercial litigation in state and federal trial and
appellate courts and arbitration.
Mr. Wilmering received his J.D., magna
cum laude, in 2005 from the Indiana University School of
Law – Bloomington, and received his B.A., with high honors,
in finance in 2002 from Michigan State University. In law
school, he served as Managing Editor of the Indiana Law
Journal. He served as a law clerk to the Hon. Richard F.
Suhrheinrich, Judge, United States Court of Appeals for the
Sixth Circuit, from 2005-2006.
Mr. Wilmering is admitted to practice
before the Indiana Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals
for the Sixth Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of Indiana, and the U.S. District Court
for the Northern District of Indiana. He is a member of the
American, Indiana State, and Indianapolis Bar Associations.
