Concentration: Real Estate, Development, Leasing and Financing

Sam Arena has served as lead counsel on a wide variety of real estate transactions, including the acquisition, development, and leasing of retail and office space. Mr. Arena has represented regional and national developers with respect to the development of shopping centers and mixed-use projects, has represented banks and other lending institutions with respect to the financing of real estate transactions, and has acted as real estate counsel for a regional convenience store operator. Mr. Arena has also assisted companies and individuals in the formation of corporations, limited liability companies, and other business organizations.

Mr. Arena graduated from Indiana University—Bloomington (B.A., with distinction; J.D., cum laude). He is a member of the American, Indiana, Indianapolis and Wisconsin Bar Associations, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Urban Land Institute. Mr. Arena has also served on the board of directors and performed legal work on behalf of various charitable organizations.
